May 10, 2007 - Missy Higgins

Missy Higgins will launch her brand new album “On A Clear Night” with an Australian concert tour through May.
The former JJJ Unearthed winner played over 300 gigs around the world in support of her phenomenally successful debut release “The Sound Of White”, but these will be her first Australian concert dates in over 18 months.
Missy’s brand new song - “Steer” - was the #1 most added track at Australian radio this week. The upbeat and inspirational piece was produced by Mitchell Froom who helmed the first 3 Crowded House CD’s as well as releases by legendary singer/songwriters like Elvis Costello, Ron Sexsmith, Suzanne Vega and the Finn Brothers.
“Steer” will be released on CD as part of a four song EP on Saturday April 14. In addition to the title track the EP will also feature 3 new original compositions which will be exclusive to this release – “Dusty Road”, The Battle” and “Leave A Note”.
Fans currently have the exclusive opportunity to pre-order a copy of the Steer EP which has been personally signed by Missy. You just need to SMS your name and address to 19992111 and a single will be posted out to you as soon as it’s released. After sending the SMS you will also instantly receive the ‘Steer’ ringtune and Missy wallpaper, sent directly to your mobile.
The EP release will be followed by the eagerly anticipated release of “On A Clear Night” on April 28. Tracklisting and artwork for the album will be announced over coming weeks via Missy’s website – www.missyhiggins.com
